Our first wine from this region. After discovering this high altitude, cool climate site growing pristine Chardonnay we couldn’t resist trying out a new wine for the range.

Barrel fermented with wild yeast and matured in 15 % new French oak (with the remainder being 1-4 years old) with wild MLF.

The wine has great varietal character of fresh citrus, white peach and minerality, balanced by subtle richness from the MLF and the oak which provide nutty and bicuity flavours.
